Azdren Shala has been working in the catering industry for around 20 years. He completed his training at the renowned Gasthof Bären in Holzgau, where he was able to acquire solid skills in French and Austrian/Tyrolean cuisine under head chef Nedim Togan. He took up his first position as head chef at the age of 21. His stations in this position include the First Lobster in Kitzbühel as well as the Cammerlanders and the Lucy Wang in Innsbruck, both as operations manager.
Now, with Chef de Cuisine 2.1, he has completely redefined the profession of chef. Now he even welcomes our guests at reception and offers his own unique cuisine in addition to his friendly and helpful service on site.
