On August 15, 2024, Schröcken will celebrate the "Day of Brass Music," a special event for locals and guests alike. The Schröcken Music Association will provide musical entertainment at various locations in the village and warmly invites everyone to join in the festivities.

Schedule of Events:

• 08:30 AM - Unterboden: The day begins with a musical performance in Unterboden. Visitors can enjoy the first sounds of brass music and start their day on a melodious note.

• 09:30 AM - Oberboden: The next performance takes place in Oberboden. The musicians are especially pleased to welcome listeners from the Schwand and Wald hamlets. This is a wonderful opportunity to strengthen the community and enjoy the music together.

• 11:00 AM - Schröcken Parish Church: The highlight of the morning is the mass in the Schröcken Parish Church, accompanied by solemn brass music. Afterwards, there will be musical entertainment on the church square, where all visitors are invited to experience the brass music under the open sky. Residents of Heimboden and Stutz are especially welcome.

• 01:30 PM - Berghaus Schröcken: After a lunch break, the music association will march to Berghaus Schröcken. The march, accompanied by festive music, offers a lovely way to start the afternoon together.

• 03:00 PM - Schmitte and Nesslegg: In the afternoon, the music association will make a brief stop at Schmitte before proceeding to Nesslegg. Here too, the brass music will provide lively entertainment, rounding off the day's events.
