The Alpmuseum uf'm Tannberg is closed for the winter and is looking forward to many visitors again in summer 2024.
Opening times, etc. can be found on our website or at Warth-Schröcken Tourismus from spring onwards.
In rural life, and especially in the times of alpine farming, craftsmanship once played an important role. Many of the working techniques used have changed in the course of motorization, even if they have not disappeared at all.
Facts.
- Admission: free - Donations are welcome for the preservation of the Alpmuseum.
- Location: Alpine museum “Uf’m Tannberg" on the Alpe Batzen.
- Accessibility: The Alpe Batzen is easily accessible via an easy hike from Warth and Schröcken.
From Warth: From the Hochtannberg Pass via Kalbelesee to Körbersee and on to Alpe Batzen (approx. 1,5 h)
From Schröcken: From the parcel Heimboden via the old road towards Felle Alpe and on to Alpe Batzen (approx. 1 h) - Next bus stop: Schröcken Heimboden or Hochkrumbach Saloberlifte
