Located in our small charming Walser village Warth am Arlberg at 1500 m, you can enjoy the breathtaking mountains.

Our house is located just a few minutes walk from the center and the ski area, in the heart of Warth.

The ski connection, Warth-Schröcken with Lech-Zürs, opens up many kilometres of slopes and wonderful deep snow slopes.

Even in summer, we offer you plenty of opportunities to feel the breath of the mountains!

Whether hiking, climbing, relaxing or just letting go, with us you are just right!

On our sunbathing lawn, you will find rest and relaxation with the breathtaking view of the Lechtal Alps.

Located directly on the Lechweg.
